Placing it in Context: The 1994 Classic Basketball Draft Picks is the fourth year that Classic produced this particular set.
The Card: Obviously, in the collecting world, this card is the common of the common. These Classic sets never really caught on with collectors, particularly the main sets (parallels and inserts occasionally have value). Chicago Bulls fans might find this card interesting in that it depicts a Carolina Tar Heels player (a la Jordan) who is wearing #33 (a la Pippen) and it’s card #45 (Jordan’s number after retirement). Just kidding…obviously there’s more to this card than that. Salvadori was known for being a heck of a blocker, as mentioned on the back of this card.
